Deliveries:

We deliver free of charge to UK addresses :)

Unless otherwise stated all items are in stock in the UK. In the unlikely event you do not receive products ordered by you within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them; freedomofsleep.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at enquiries@freedomofsleep.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the Products. 

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and freedomofsleep.com will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
We ship all items via Royal Mail 1st class or DHL Express Delivery and do so within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Larger orders will be sent via Recorded or Special Delivery. Very large orders will be sent via Next Day Courier.
All orders received before 2pm will be sent the same day - this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Typically orders to the UK are delivered in 1-3 days after placing the order. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of placing it please contact us. 
Delivery to the Rest of The World will take between 7-10 days depending on location - some countries have very slow Customs procedures in which cases this delivery time may be increased - we have no control over this (sorry!).
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days please contact us.

Delivery Issues:

Orders & Payments:

Online -

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we adhere to stringent standards as set out by accredited organisations. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure and we encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. We also offer the use of Paypal because it is one of the worlds largest and leading payment processors. Paypal uses 128bit encryption which ensures that you details are 100% safe and secure. We never see your card details and nor does anyone else. 

Credit or Debit Card - 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, and American Express. To help protect against misuse of your card, you will be asked to enter your three digit security (CV2) number that can be found on the back of your card (or four digits on the front for American Express), and also the billing address. Please ensure that you enter this information correctly. Please note we do not see your card details. You do not need a Paypal account to use your Debit or Credit card. Returns & Refunds:

All items are checked over before they are sent out. If in the rare event that you receive a faulty Product then please contact us to arrange a replacement. We give you a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy for any reason with your Product. Just return it to to us in it's original packaging for a full refund.
You also have a 3 month warranty on all our Products. If during this time any Product develops a fault - for example if the waterproofing on a FOS sleeping bag does not work - then we will replace it free of charge. However, we have made every attempt to ensure all Products are 100% as described in our summaries. For any issues, please email enquiries@freedomofsleep.com.
Prices:
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints:
If we receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 business days).
